By 1974 the company was the proud owner of feed mills, pasta factories, as well as a flour milling complex, making it the largest establishments of its kind in Eastern Africa at the time.
The year 1991 brought a more liberalised economic foundation, and Hagbes started expansion once again. Skill and educational background
- BA degree in Agricultural Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or Automotive Engineering.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in Agricultural and Equipment Sales.

2 .Senior Auto Mechanic
Skill and educational background
- Graduate in Auto mechanic/Automotive with minimum of level-4 diploma from a recognized and reputable technical college or TVET; with COC certified
Good command of both spoken and written English - Minimum of 4 (four) years of practical experience after graduation and at least 2 (two) years in Auto mechanic position. Experience in cars dealers repair workshop is highly preferable
Sound experience on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles
Capable of using Digital diagnostic equipment’s and maintenance manuals
Adequately explains technical diagnoses and needed repairs
Must have a high level of motivation and energy; and must be proactive

3 . Customer Service Officer
Skill and educational background
- Graduate in Auto Mechanic or Equivalent with minimum Diploma level 4 from a recognized and reputable technical college.
- Sound/ outstanding academic performance; Good command of both spoken and written English.
- Minimum of 3(three) years of practical experience after graduation.
- Sound experience on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles maintenance.
Good in customer handling skill.
Must have a high level of motivation and energy and must be proactive.
Capable to adequately explain technical diagnoses and needed repairs to customers if required.
Experience in cars dealers repair shop is highly preferable. - Must be able to operate Basic Computer Software applications.
Must have good hand calligraphy.

- Graduate in Auto Electricity/ Electronics or related with minimum of level-4 diploma from a recognized and reputable technical college or TVET with sound/ outstanding academic performance.
- Minimum of 4(four) years of practical experience after graduation. Good experience in auto electricity and vehicles electronic components repair. Sound experience on passenger cars and light commercial vehicles maintenance.
- Capable of using Digital diagnostic equipment and maintenance manuals.
Able to read and interpret technical electrical charts & diagrams
Adequately explains technical diagnosis and needed repairs
Must have a high level of motivation and energy and must be proactive.
Good command of both spoken and written English with good calligraphy.
