Job Summary:
Under the General Supervision of Chief Executive Officer (CEO), the job holder is responsible for planning, organizing, directing and controlling overall undertakings of finance management, share management, human capital management, procurement and facility management. The job holder is also responsible for designing comprehensive human capital management policies and procedures, finance management policies and procedures, share management policies and procedures and procurement and facility management policies and procedures. The job holder is also responsible for providing strategic leadership, developing and executing strategy in support of the overall business plan and strategic direction of the organization and responsible for designing organizational culture that fit the Bank’s vision and mission.
Skill and esucational background
- MA/MBA/MSc or BA/BSc degree in Economics/Management/Accounting/BusinessAdministration or related field of study with 11 years of relevant banking experience with MSc/MBA/MA out of which 4 years on senior management position or 13 years of relevant banking experience with BA out of which 5 years on senior managerial position.
