What is the role about?

We are looking for a Human Resources generalist who has a good track record of handling HR and Administrative functions. Primary responsibilities

What will you do
  • Ensure all staff are aware of the Administrative and HR Policy.
  • Provide recruitment, selection, and placement services according to YaYa Payment Instrument Issuer Share Company human resource needs per the recruitment guidelines.
  • Initiate, develop, review, update, and monitor the implementation of the company’s human resources policies and procedures in line with the labor proclamation of Ethiopia and YaYa corporate mission.
  • Develop and review the human resources budget per the Company’s financial policies, procedures & manning guide.
  • Maintain and update accessible Human Resources Information System (HRIS) per the Company’s objectives.
  • Attend local HR and other related PR networking events.
  • Connect with educational institutions, mainly Business and Technology institutions and Tech Incubation Centers across all regions.
  • Design seasonal internship programs for young graduates in Information Technology and Business (Marketing, Sales, Accounting, Economics, etc.)
  • Plan, develop, and implement a performance management system and coordinate performance reviews in line with YaYa’s Human Resources Policies.
  • Design and implement an exit and separation strategy for the Company per the Human Resources Policy.
  • Develop and implement capacity-building strategies and succession plans per departmental needs and human resources policies.
