Skill and educational background
- Qualification and Expereince: BSC in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or Architecture 5 years or above working.
Skills:
Proven work experience as an Asset Valuation or similar role
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and industry-related software
Strong financial background with experience in financial modeling
Strategically minded with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
A bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering is preferred
