Location: Addis Ababa, Ethiopia

Job Summary:

Supports the implementation and consistent application of the CCBA Talent and Development strategic priorities, to ensure required competence exists in the organisation, enabling the achievement of its long term growth strategy.

Skill and educational background

  •  Bachelor’s Degree, with post graduate HR qualification, or equivalent.
  • Experience: 3 – 5 years’ Learning & Development experience, or equivalent.
