As a Junior Human Resource & Logistics Officer, he/she will play a key role in supporting the human resources and logistics functions within the organization. His/her responsibilities will include assisting with recruitment, employee on boarding, HR administration, and logistics coordination. He/she will contribute to creating a positive work environment, ensuring smooth HR operations, and supporting efficient logistics management.

Skill and Educational background
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in managing HR and logistics-related tasks.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software. - Familiarity with HR processes and basic knowledge of labor laws and regulations.
- Basic understanding of logistics and supply chain management concepts is advantageous.

- Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, graphics, or a related field.
Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and local languages. - Excellent proofreading and editing abilities with keen attention to detail.
Familiarity with the management of different communication channels, including digital and social media platforms. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (MS Paint and Picture Manager Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software.
- Basic knowledge of graphic design and photo/video editing tools is a plus.
Familiarity with content management systems or document management software is advantageous. - Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines.
